Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ)
Jin Shin Jyutsu can be seen as the study of how
energy manifests as the human mind-body-spirit.
Similar to Traditional Chinese Medicine, JSJ holds that

lying face up, dressed comfortably, on a massage
