Tortoise Slow Fitness

Here's the news.  Tortoise Slow Fitness has now had its first run at the
Q Center on N Mississippi. Although "run" may be overstating it.  Besides,
I don't think Tortoises actually run, do they?  (I'll Google that.)

In any event, Tortoise will return.

They (yes, Tortoise is a "they") will probably come back to haunt you,
dear reader, if  Scarlett doesn't get them going soon.

Please come back for details on the next Tortoise
class.

Mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and ease of
movement are priorities of the class.

Every class will center on full-body balance and integration
(energetic and physical) and the joy of movement.

TORTOISE IS DREAMING.  Come back soon.

Everyone is welcome to attend any or all classes.  Suggested
donation is $3-$5.

long form as taught at Lan Su by Sifu Mark Parzynski
every Thursday.

For beginners, long-timers, and everyone between.

The joint mobilizing and neuro-activating aspects of Rosen Method
Movement are important influences on Tortoise.

Rosen Method Movement was developed by a physical therapist
for injury rehabilitation and for fullness and joy in movement as we age.

John Swaner and Teri Jaeger, LMT offer classes in Rosen Method
Movement on Mondays at 10:30  at the Q Center on
N. Mississippi Ave. in Portland.
